Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation

I’m Ollie, owner of Training and Treatment, a sports therapy and rehabilitation clinic based at CrossFit Wessex in Winnall, Winchester. I help active individuals recover from injuries, reduce injury risk and improve how they move through day to day life as well as in training and performance for a variety of sports.

We work with gym-goers, CrossFit athletes, runners, HYROX competitors and sport players. Basically anyone who takes an active approach to life, people who don’t want to stop training despite pain or injury.

Our clients include those managing recurring pain or recovering from injury and anyone seeking to sustain performance and consistency.

By combining hands-on treatment, movement assessment, rehabilitation and strength-based support, we take a practical approach to helping you recover from injury, reduce recurring problems and stay active for the long term.

My background is in sport conditioning, rehabilitation and sports massage, giving me a strong understanding of both treatment and training. Through Training and Treatment, I combine hands-on therapy, movement assessment, dry needling, cupping and exercise-based rehabilitation to support clients dealing with pain, injury or restricted movement. My experience working with active individuals, gym-goers, CrossFit athletes, runners and people returning from injury has shaped a practical approach focused on getting people moving well and staying active.

When you book in, the aim is to give you more than short-term relief. Each session is built around understanding your symptoms, your training demands and your goals, before creating a clear plan for treatment, rehab or training modifications. Whether you need support with a current injury, ongoing pain or improving how your body moves, the goal is to help you leave with clarity, confidence and a better understanding of what to do next.
